A thorough professional pool inspection lets home buyers and home owners know about the condition of the pool and its mechanical processes. A pool inspection can be vital to ensure pool safety and pool longevity. Systems will be tested for proper operations, pumps and filters checked, as well as, the pool’s interior for active visible or past leaks. We check the condition of the pool surface, along with associated components such as concrete aprons, ladders, stairs, diving boards, lighting, etc.
Additional Pool Services:
Pool Leak Test:
We will check your pool using a Leakalyzer; a tool used to determine if a pool is losing water and how much water it’s losing. The device measures water level changes to the 10,000th of an inch and tracks these changes in real-time on a digital graph.
Active Live Current Testing:
Checking for electrical current in your pool is the critical step to making sure you and your family and friends are safe when enjoying your home pool.
A chimney inspection will include a visual and video inspection using a HD camera to scan the internal surfaces and joints of all flue liners incorporated within the chimney; a video recording of the scan will be provided. No removal or destruction of permanently attached portions of the chimney, building structure, or finish shall be required by our inspection.
